We explain the details of the booking process and the frequently asked questions that may arise with the rental of your boat. If you have any questions you can call us or send us your inquiry to info@eiviboats.com.
On the day of the rental we will have already sent you all the information and location so that you can find us in the port of Santa Eulalia.
We will meet at the agreed time at the office or at the boat’s mooring to sign the contract, make the payment and take the deposit (only for inflatables without skipper).
Once this is done, a member of Eiviboats will accompany you to your boat to proceed to explain all the operation of the boat (safety equipment, anchor operation and anchoring, propeller status, …).
We can organize all the bags, backpacks, drinks or extras that you bring before leaving the port in Santa Eularia des riu.
We will check that we are all on board and we will be ready to enjoy our day on the boat. The schedule is flexible, as we adapt to the needs of each client to make that day a unique day.
The duration of the rental is usually 8 hours, you must return before 19:00, to refuel and pay the amount of fuel costs. A member of Eiviboats will be waiting for you to facilitate the refueling and docking maneuvers.
We will confirm that everything is correct and the deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Finally,if you decide to arrive later and request an extra hour or sunset , we will go directly to the mooring without refueling, a member of Eiviboats will go the next day to refuel and the amount will be deducted from the client’s deposit.
Visit our section of boats, you can choose the type of inflatable with or without skipper in Santa Eularia, the one you like and suits your needs and budget to spend the day.
We have several contact options, either by web chat, leaving your email, phone call, WhatsApp or by filling out the form at the bottom.
We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm that the boat is available for that date.
Once everything is decided we will make the deposit (10% of the rental) and block it, once the deposit is made we will send you a confirmation voucher of payment of the reservation along with the day and you will have everything ready, you just have to go subtracting days for your boat rental in Santa Eulalia Ibiza.
If you are unable to attend your rental day, we offer the option to change or modify the date to another day if available.
In case of bad weather, a change of day will be offered if available or the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
Cancellations: you must give at least 15 days notice, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded. In high season, you have 7 days prior to cancel. For any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us info@eiviboats.com
The best advice we can give you if you do not know the area is to hire a professional skipper, he will take you to the best spots and coves of Ibiza & Formentera without having to worry about anything, just enjoy.
All our inflatables include drinks on board and ice, but you can always add more drinks or food if your idea is to eat on board. We also have the option of making reservations at a restaurant in the area, according to the planned route.
We have the option to hire
extras
on board, such as seabob (aquatic propulsion), photos and videos with drone, sunsets… (for more information you can visit the extras section), very good idea to make the most of the day on board.
