Ibiza North & East boat route

Tagomago - Lighthouse Punta Grossa - Portinatx - Cala Xarraca - Caló des Porcs - EXTRA Benirrás

Here we have a boat route around Ibiza that is perfect for people who already know Formentera and want to see something different on their boat rental day.

If you want to know an area of the island that is more unknown and less frequented, this is a route that will not disappoint you.

Tagomago

First stop at only 20 minutes from the port of Santa Eulalia, the island of Tagomago. A private island but with two accessible anchorage areas. The first, Port de Tagomago 3-5m deep with sandy bottom and posidonia areas (anchoring prohibited), is known as such because it is the place where the port is to go down to the island. The second, Olla de Tramuntana 5-10m deep, is a rocky bay with a rocky bottom where we can snorkel and observe impressive fish species.

Punta Grossa Lighthouse

The second stop on the route marked on the map is Punta Grossa lighthouse. It is a very quiet area that few boats tend to frequent, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place for you. We can approach the rocky cliffs and anchor. Sand bottoms and some rocks between 5 and 10 meters deep. The transparent water and the bottom is usually seen quite clearly, perfect for snorkeling through its various caves.

Portinatx

Third stop Portinatx, according to the opinions of our clients the best cove in the north of Ibiza, with a lot of natural charm. Great bottom between 5-10m deep, sand and very clear turquoise waters. Just next door, we have a small cove S’arenal Petit, we can go with our paddle surfing, seabob or swimming.

Xarraca Cove

Fourth stop Xarraca cove, a cove that from land is not recommended because of its small space of sand and stones. But from the sea we can find a perfect natural landscape for snorkeling among its posidonia seabed. Bottom between 5-10m deep, sand and very clear turquoise waters.

Es Canaret (Caló des Porcs)

Fifth stop, the paradisiacal cove of es Canaret, near Es Portitxol. Very peculiar and little frequented area, very quiet natural landscape. The 3-6m sandy bottom makes it a very easy place to anchor. Covered by all winds, except the Tramontana.

We will put an end to our route through the northeast of Ibiza and return to the port in a sailing trip of less than an hour .
